Immune Boost Herbal Tea

• Fill a kettle with cold filtered (or bottled) water. Use cold water specifically because the water is aerated and will enhance the flavor of your tea.
• Bring the water to the point of boiling for 2-3 minutes then add tea bag.
• Turn off the heat and cover. Let it sit for a minute or two.
• Put your tea bag in your mug and pour the hot water into your cup. Make sure you use a cup or mug that is made for holding hot liquids so that you do not burn your fingers when you pick up the cup.It’s very important that you don’t mess with the tea bag why it is steeping!
• Let it just sit in the water and let the tea leaves release their flavor.
• After removing the tea bag, allow your tea to cool for a minute before taking a sip. This will allow the flavor to fully develop and give you the best taste possible.

1. Remove herbs from bag.
2. Your water needs to be HOT… as in, you just boiled it.
3. Add Herbs to boiling water. Let smimmer for 3-5 minutes.
4. You need to cover your tea while it steeps.
5. You need to let it steep for the proper amount of time. Most teas steep anywhere from 3 – 15 minutes. The longer it steeps the more bitter it may taste.
6. Sweetening tea to drink it
